In the heart of Regent Street, Tory Burch sought to refresh its main London store to enhance the shopping experience whilst maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere that befits its brand identity. Wood & Co was tasked with this complex project, which required meticulous planning and execution due to the store's operational demands.

In an ambitious collaboration, Wood & Co Ltd partnered with Jess Weeks Interiors to undertake the full fit-out and build of a modern six-bedroom property. This included installation of a state of the art gym, sauna and wellness centre. Alongside the internal fit outs of the master ensuite, master bedroom, dressing room, 2 x office spaces, sensational fish tank feature on the middle landing, the living area, kitchen/diner & finally an olive tree masterpiece centralising the entrance hallway.

This project presented unique challenges, particularly in terms of seamlessly integrating design intent within a difficult space while adhering to strict budget expectations and timelines.

We recently completed the transformation of a previously dated 2 bedroom flat into a luxury 1 bedroom hotel-style suite, working in close collaboration with the expert design team at Jess Weeks Interiors. The aim was to create a high-end, modern living space with hotel-like features, offering a sophisticated, stylish environment for our clients—a couple who divide their time between this property and their residence in Monaco.

The project faced an unexpected delay of one year due to licensing and freeholder approval issues. During this time, we focused on the preparation and planning necessary to ensure the project could move forward as smoothly as possible once approvals were secured. Despite the initial delays, the renovation itself was a smooth and fulfilling process, with only a few challenges arising—chiefly due to the building’s irregularities. However, through careful decision-making and expert craftsmanship, we were able to achieve a stunning end result.

The Spaghetti House, located in the heart of Covent Garden, faced significant design challenges due to its historic building structure. The aesthetics and functionality of the restaurant were beginning to feel outdated, which affected both customer experience and brand perception. In order to restore the restaurant’s appeal and enhance its operational efficiency, a complete internal renovation was necessary.
